一、个人简介
邱培勇，副教授，硕士生导师，加拿大蒙特利尔大学工公司博士毕业，兼任中国岩石力学与工程学会极地岩土力学与工程专业委员会委员、陕西省环境岩土工程专业委员会委员。获教育部“博士后海外引才专项”资助，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省陕西省重点研发计划项目及陕西省博士后科研项目，参与国家自然科学基金、加拿大自然科学基金、加拿大基础创新项目、加拿大魁北克省自然科学基金等项目5项，目前主持及参与横向项目13项，发表学术论文30余篇，授权发明专利6项。
